Fair use can be described as using copyrighted work without the owner's permission, and copyright is an exclusive legal right generally used for companies and such. I would use sites with free images and information to avoid all copyright claims. I would use websites that provide access to materials and such for my classroom.
The two problems I chose were the need for more funding and cyberbullying. The need for more funding could be resolved by applying for grants. There are typically a lot of companies that want to help teachers and are willing to "sponsor a classroom." For cyberbullying, it's essential to teach children how to be respectful online right when they start getting introduced to technology. It's essential to teach them it's wrong so they can avoid it.
Before working on the Newsletter Assignment, I had never worked in Microsoft Word. So beyond learning the basics of Word, the trick I liked the most was that it has word art in the software. That was cool and allowed for easy decorations on the document.
